It has a double bed, big fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors, a built-in desk, wood flooring and a bright bay window. The house has a newly fitted kitchen with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer. Off-street parking and a garden are available. Wi-Fi and all bills are included (reasonable use).

The Central line is close by at Barkingside, Fairlop and Hainault stations, and several bus routes run nearby.

This is a vegetarian household, so only vegetarian cooking at home, please. It would suit a working professional male under 40, non-smoker.
