Hello,
We have two double rooms and one small single room available to rent. The single room is half the price of a double room for one person.
We prefer vegetarian tenants. Male tenants are welcome, and friends can share a room. Short-term and long-term stays are available.
Tenants can use the fridge, cooker, microwave, air fryer and washing machine. However, cooking is not provided, so you must arrange your own meals. This can be with a female staying in the box room who is willing to cook for you
We expect tenants to be clean, tidy, respectful and mindful of gas and electricity usage. House rules must be followed, including restrictions on returning home very late at night.
References and paperwork will be required, and a one-month deposit is payable upfront.
Please get in touch if you are interested.
