You'd have your own bedroom and a shared bathroom. Room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and a clothes rack.
Rent:
$815/month, paid directly to the landlord (no markup/increase from my end)
Location:
- 5-min walk to the D train (9th Ave & Fort Hamilton Pkwy)
- 1-min walk to a large grocery store + several nearby smaller delis and pharmacy
- 1-min walk to the laundromat
- ~25 min to NYU by train
- 5 min walk to the scenic Sunset Park offering stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and the harbour.
