I have an excellent single room to rent for those who are looking in a 2BR/1BA apartment. The room is furnished with a bed(as shown in the pictures). El camino Real, Grocery stores and Restaurants are but a stone's throw away.
The apartment is fully furnished(as shown in pictures) and has Internet as well.
The rent for the whole apartment is $2,595 plus utilities. So, you will be paying half. The other room is occupied by another person(who works in IT).
The utilities come around $120 per month(You would be paying around $60).
And Internet bill is $55/month(Your part $27.5/month).
