I am renting a 1 bedroom with 1 bath in a huge single family home for $950/month. The room comes unfurnished. All the utilities are included in the rent. The house has a washer/dryer. Internet will be offered.

It's located in the Ramona district of Hawthorne in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I am looking for someone who is a good tenant, very responsible and keeps the room clean. No friends or outsiders are allowed to stay in the room. Parties and disturbing the neighbors are not allowed. No Smoking in the room. No pets are allowed.

If you are interested, please email/text me and I can arrange a showing for you
