A lovely park facing newly renovated 3bd/2ba house on the 3rd floor of Cypress block. The other two rooms are occupied by 2 working women and you'd be sharing the bathroom with one of them.

We are looking for a female flatmate only. It's a 13 month lease, we're looking for someone with plans to stay with us longer than the summer. If you intend to leave before lease is up, you'll need to find a replacement and collect the deposit from them. You'll of course have our help in the process.

Above all, we are looking for a friendly soul who'd be courteous, keeps the common places clean and tidy, and is pleasant and positive company at a place we wish to make our home.
