Need an Indian male roommate (preferably Bengali) to share my large spacious living room with one another person.
The location is in the heart of Union City, California. All grocery shops, medical shops, restaurants, Indian stores, banks, hospitals are in 2 minutes walk able range.
Bart station is 5 minutes walk. $725 per month which includes utilities and $300 will be deposit out of which $100 will be deducted at the time of leaving for cleaning purpose.
Need a clean, responsible good behaviored and well cultured roommate.
