I am looking for a FEMALE only to share a room in my 2 bedroom apartment Apt Name : The Ponite
From 1st August 2017.
You just need to share the rent which will be 1500$. I Rest I will pay.
You can use all the facilities at my home. No luggaged other then your personal items allowed.
You need to pay if you would like to move out before 6 months.
Strict rules :
Guests allowed only weekend. ( only Parents can accommodate)
No disturbance after 9 pm as I have a young kid.
Must be responsible ,well-behaved, disciplined
