Sharing room available for female at address 236 tokyngton Avenue, wembleyThe monthly Rent is 450 and security deposit 450. I am a south Indian but brought up in Dubai and Delhi. The land lady is Bangladeshi staying in the first floor. Kitchen is at ground floor and is sharing. We have separate toilet attached with the room on the 2nd floor. Have a garden around the houseRoom is furnished one double size bed is there. Contract agreement is for 1 year which started in June 2024, but we can break it after 6 months with prior one month notice. As I am also looking for job, may be I will also change after 3 months but the contract can be renewed further. So atleast the new roommate need to live for 3 months.
