Hi,I will landing in Sydney on September 1st and I am working in Hewlett Packard. I am looking for a single room and bathroom (furnished) nearby to the OPTUS, 1 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 (ok with 30-45mins travel time). I am a Veggie and will share cooking as much as possible. I desire a the room to have good internet connectivity and close to railway station/Bus stations.Can Pay rent upto 450 AED Per Month.I will be staying for more than 12 months.Thanks Ramesh
