Please contact me if you agree with all the requirements below. Need from 1st July, 2009.1.) Must be near office (CBP) - preferably walking distance to Expo, if not near Tanah Merah MRT. Can also look at Bedok/Kembangan/Tampines/Simei if there is one direct bus/train.2.) Need the room for a couple (my bf will be staying with me for July and Aug).3.) The room should be SPACIOUS and should have double bed (atleast queen size).4.) Preferable master bedroom with attached toilet - common room will do if exclusive toilet to myself or at max 1 more person sharing but keeps it clean.5.) TV in the room will be good, if not the room should have cable point so I can put my own TV. Internet access should be provided.6.) I will be cooking once/twice a week -> owner/housemates shouldn’t have a problem with that. Will use kitchen for not more than half an hour at a strech anyways.
