Room available with bed, BIR and Mirror. Apt has all basic amenities including laundry. Besides the apt has other benefits, * 1 min to Coles, * 1 min to Mosman Post Office and Pharmacy, * 1 min to Medical Center, * 4 min to Mosman and Victoria st Station, * 3 min to bus stop and local park, * 3 min to fast food restaurants, * 4 min to Gas station, * 5 min to the Beach, * 6 min to Mosman Bay, * 7 min to Freo, * 20 min to Perth. Share with a warm and friendly girl who has lived here fr almost 2 yrs. My Room mate and Best friend is going back to her country :(so need someone to occupy the room by 1st of May.
