Hi allI have seen a fully furnished 3bhk in sector 50 noida. The details are:- the rent is 30k excluding the utilities.- walking distance from sector 50 main market.- its a beautiful flat in a secured society , first floor , very well ventilated.- as I have already mentioned the house is fully furnished with 3 AC, TV, fridge, beds, cupboards, power backup, sofa, dining table, geyser etc.. - i have seen it through a broker so brokerage will also get divided accordingly ( will be 18k around) and security is one month rent (divided accordingly).-Every room has a small balcony attached and one big common balcony .- 2 washrooms are there , one attached and one outside.- would like to have vegetarian/eggitarian room-mates.-Owners do not stay around so not much interference.- sharing of rooms can also be done for other 2 rooms(I would prefer a single room).- it is completely secured gated society.If anyone needs any further details please ping me. I have to finalise it by weekendposting some photos of the flat.
