I am looking for a room from 20 Sep 2010 for 6 months. BUDGET (Max. including all bills) is GBP 700 if its in 5 minutes walking distance to Leicester Square. (I save 2 hrs everyday by not travelling very far plus no need for months tube pass) else GBP 300 if its in East London, Wembley or Hounslow areas. I am ok with roomshare or a separate room. Amenities like internet and washing essential. Max 10 minutes walking distance to any tube station. Would prefer to live in house with people around my age, 18-30. => No offers if you got pets. => No offers from family PG or anyone with little kids. => No offers where landlord is also living in same house / flat. I am 27 year old Indian, Punjabi guy in full time work, been in London since 2004, I am Non-Vegetarian, I do smoke (Can smoke outside the house only if a problem) and drink occasionally. I am very socially active like to mingle and have a good time with flatmate's movies, pubs etc. whenever I get a chance. If you got something ideal for me drop me a line...
