Hello, I am a student at the Dessau Institute of Architecture, student of Masters of architecture. I have recently got an internship hence moving to Berlin for internship + studying from October. I am looking for a long term rent. Would you be interested in renting your apartment? what is the total rent including utilities for your room? Your location and room seems perfect for me. I am currently living in Berlin and I can come to see the place and meet you anytime(weekdays after 19:00 and weekend anytime). I am a neat and tidy person, i always keep the room clean.
