ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR RENT ON SHARING BASIS (FOR GIRLS ONLY)Furnished and unfurnished private bdrms available now for rent in a relatively new 4br 2.5bh single fam home (2500 sq ft) in Elkridge MD area. Rent is $550/ mo +shared utilities ($40 to $50 approx on average/mo). Cable, internet/wifi and quarterly house deep cleaning are included. Only 3 girls when fully occupied in the house. Each girl will get a separate private bedroom that can be locked. Fam room, living, dinning, deck, laundry, study rm, wash/dry and kitchen are shared. Living rm and study rm are furnished. Very safe neighbor hood with Indian community around.
