I am interested in renting the room. I am Piyush Tandon FROM INDIA and presently in South Africa due to some Offical trip and after the trip i will want to come back to the US and i would like to get a room ready before my arrival .
So i will like to know if the room is still available ..? i would like to know the amount of the room Per Month...?
I want you to know that my method of Payment will be by Money Order and i want you to know that payment will be sent to you when we both agree on the terms.
