They are very new and beautiful apartments.Rent is $981 (utilities not included). You will have your own bedroom and a private bath. This will be available from the month of September. Preferably a working professional or a student. I am very friendly and easy going. Looking for someone who is very clean, responsible and friendly.Apartment includes all appliances in the kitchen and has a Washer/Dryer inside. It also has a parking spot. The building also includes a swimming pool, nice lounge area, and workout facility-- all free for residents to use. The apartment complex is in a great location! Next door to Ralphs and other stores. 15 mins from Toyota/Herbalife. 10 mins from Beach.
