I am a vegetarian, Indian female, who is tidy and quiet. I am a private person and won't be disturbing you with loud noises or partying. I am scheduled to reach Sydney on 10th June. I am aiming looking for a single room (preferably with ensuite/ separate toilet and bathroom). I am aiming for less than 45 minutes of commute to CBD and proximity to train station, in a reasonably priced and safe area. I would really appreciate if you could share the following information about your apartment if you contact me: - Exact Address: To calculate the walk time and travel time - Rent for the independent room with bathroom- Amenities available and amenities included in the rent - Ensuite toilet/ bathroom available?- Furniture, etc. available in the room. Does the room have a bed (single/ double)? - Would I be able to get some area of the refrigerator where I can keep only vegetarian food? - Which floor? Does the complex have a lift? Please contact me if you are interested in renting to me or have any queries for me.
