Looking forward to share my two-bedroom brand new unit with either one or two friends for the first bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is fully furnished except for the first bedroom. Hardly it takes me around 5 minutes by walk to the Parramatta station where we have express trains to the city. At a stone's throw away is the West field mall and all the Indian grocery stores. Not a party place. I hail from southern part of India and I prefer self cooking normally. I like to maintain the place clean and tidy. And privacy of the housemates will be acknowledged. Would like to maintain a healthy and friendly relationship in the house. Rent including bills will be 320 per week for just single occupancy in the first bedroom. Rent including bills will be 200 per week/per head for double occupancy. There are TV and internet sockets in the first bedroom so that you can have your own TV in the bedroom too. Anyone for short term / long term are welcomed. If you would like to know more information and to arrange for an inspection.
