I'm the current tenant and lease holder of my apartment with 2 bed rooms and a shared bath. I'm looking for a female who is interested in renting a single room as my team mate is moving to other state now. Rent includes utilities for water, electricity, gas and internet. The room has a spare pedestal fan and a 6 inch mattress.
Smoking is NOT allowed, Pets are NOT allowed, drinking is NOT allowed. Shared Bathroom.
Completely clean house, the laundry is a common in the building and neighborhood is very pleasant.
