I am from Australia of Indian origin. Will be arriving in USA on 22 Nov to start a new job as an IT professional at a place located at the intersection of Hamilton Ave and Duvall Drive opposite the Westgate mall between Campbell and Saratoga. I am looking at renting for 4-6 months after which either my family comes over from Australia and joins me, or I head back home.About me, I am a 36 year old male of Indian origin. I am married and have a one year old son. I am a quiet non smoker and not into drugs. I am not into pets. I am clean and tidy. I will be mostly at work or will be in my room. I would prefer the use of the kitchen as I am not a big fan of eating out. Will mostly get my stuff from the super market and will be cooking non vegetarian pastas, pizzas, Indian curries and Asian stirfrys. I will be keeping the place clean after me. My Facebook profile is on If you ok with me could you please advise on the following1) The move in costs ( Rent to be paid upfront and deposit to be paid on move in).2) Will there be a bed or matress available? Can get my own but would need something till I can get one.3) Would you be ok with my cooking?4) Would there be any other expenses to be shared?5) What kind of references will you be looking for, as this is my first time ever in USA got no references in USA.
