Hi,I have an excellent one double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat in a modern new building just 1 min walk from Edmonton Green station, North London. The flat is on 8th floor and has amazing views all around. The building has all modern amenities like gym, intercomm, heating, existing TV, phone and broadband connections. Asda supermarket, parking, shopping malls, cafe's and local shops are within 2 mins walk from the building. The rent includes council tax and broadband/tv bills however, the water and heating bills (appx 35 pounds/month per person will be shared). This place is suitable for someone working in the City or Central Zone. Trains run into Liverpool street and take about 25 mins, with fast trains in peak hours that take just 15 mins.. I work in the City as an financial analyst and am pretty easy going fun loving guy, looking for more of a friend to share my flat. Viewing available in evenings and weekends.No preference for male/female but I would prefer professional Indian flatmates only.. No couples..
