Hello.I am staying in a double room with two single beds, Im looking for a female roomate. i'm 22 and studying graphic design at UAL. I'm pretty relaxed and easy going...and i cook indian food occasionaly. The house is occupied by two malasian boys on the ground floor. And an indian couple and moi on the top floor. It has tv, internet, all cooking facilities, dishwaher etc.The bathroom is just outside the room and is huge.rent is 300 a month including all bills and security deposit is 300.House is located in East dulwich.The station is just across the road from the lane and the bus stops too. direct busses to elephant and castle, tottem court road etc. sainsbury is walking distance, and so are the parks, cafe's and boutique's....Residential area and friendly neighbours.I am here in london for about 3 months.
