We are a friendly Asian family looking to rent a spare 2 single/ double room. Ideally to a working professional. House is located in Stoke Gifford with 10m walking distance to Bristol parkway train station. Excellent location for accessing Friendslife(Axa), Rolls Royce, MOD, UWE, Aztec West, etc. On-street parking, fully furnished and wireless internet available. Rent is £325 - 350 including all bills. If you require we can provide 3 meals and that would be chargeable separately.
