We have a large room available for you. We live on the ground level in a quiet, secured 4 storey condo/apartment building. This building is only 4 years old and very well maintained. We are a young, english speaking couple in our 20''s. We both work full-time. We have 2 cats who are mostly outside and 1 very friendly dog. There is a bus stop right in front of our building which links you to downtown Vancouver, Burnaby and New Westminster. (The new "Canada Line" transit system will be operating soon and will enable you to get to Downtown Vancouver in just minutes) We are 10 minutes from the Richmond Speed Skating Oval where the 2010 Olympics will be held and 20 minutes to Vancouver International Airport. We are also close to Kwantlen University, BCIT Aerospace Campus and many High Schools.
We are located in the heart of Steveston Village, close to banks, parks, restaurants, groceries, library, community centre and beautiful walking trails.
We charge $750 a month which includes all utilities, plus a cleaning lady EVERY Sunday. We can provide an easy breakfast, bag lunch and dinner for you. Your furnished room includes: a TV (cable), desk, wireless internet access, big windows, queen size bed, large walk-in closet with plenty of storage, private bathroom with shower. We have a washer and dryer to share.There is no smoking allowed in the house, but you are welcome to outside on the deck.">
