Studio room with kitchen,and bathroom, ground floor flat, 5 minutes away from redhill station.Looking for female tenant.To be shared with my friend, who will be living there for 1 to 2 nights a month only because of her work.Rent is 600 + water and energy bills of 30 to 50 pounds (vary by month)You can make the place vegetarian if you want. Since you will be living mostly alone, there is no problem with that.
