We have a room available for a male student, aged to 30 years. May be able to offer some part time work also if you have a WA drivers license. We are close to public transport and the main shopping centre is just across the road. We are an easy going gay couple and work 7 days a week till late. Wireless broadband is available free, house phone on a pay per call basis. Rent is negotiable depending on the circumstances and willingness to do some of the housework etc,and includes utilities :) You must be clean, tidy, non smoker and pet friendly as we have 2 small dogs.">
