A furnished room for rent in a semi detached house. We have a large open plan living area, fully fitted kitchen, with dining table, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave and hob. We also have cable and unlimited broadband access.The house is just 5 mins walk from the bus and 13 min walk from Preston Road station, Kingsbury and Kenton/South Kenton stations aren't far away. The best way to get there is by taking the Metropolitan line only two stops from Baker Street to Wembley Park and one further stop to Preston Road. There is plenty of parking on the street or driveway if you have a car, or a short walk will take you to shops, pubs and restaurants.The rent is £450 per month . All bills inclusive plus internet and cleaner so you don't have to pay anything else!A Very clean, bright, comfortable and friendly house share, We are looking for one clean and tidy person who is easy going, friendly and reliable to come stay with us!
