Need a female roommate to share the 2 bhk rent house in JP nagar 5th phase. single sharing basis.The room is on 4th floor. Semi furnished. specious and ventilatedStuffs provided by owner2 bedrooms bigger + wall full of wooden cupboards and top wardrovs + dressing mirror in each bed room attached to cupboard+ 1 big hall+ 1 small puja place + small kitchen + 2 bathrooms (1 attached to 1 bed master room, and other one is attached to hall) – both are western + 2 separate balcony from each bed room) + geyser in both bathrooms + lift + power backup + security guard.The room will be available from Last week of April 2017. The rent of house is 15 thousand- including maintenance . The total deposited after negotiation is 80K. (we can discuss the amount of sharing if any one likes the house).Other expenditure of the room monthly basis (electricity (approximately seven to eight hundred-) + cable -350-(optional) + Maid - 1200+ gas (if want to use) ) need to be divided by all roommates.the photos are of the room which is going to be vacated.Stuff I have with me1. small TV2.
