- Looking for 2 persons to occupy
- 2 bedrooms (with walk-in closets) in a 4 bed 2.5 bath 2 car garage HOME.
- House is newly built (3rd week of November) with a huge lawn & 6 car driveway space
- Utilities not included in rent
- Bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
- I’ll be having Master bedroom + 1 bedroom for myself (office)- everything else is shared space
- Location: On Hamilton-Madison county line (Officially Pendleton but really Fishers and Noblesville)
- Less than 10min drive to Hamilton Town Center, Kroger, bunch of restaurants, Starbucks etc
- There’s no furniture at the moment but might have some in the coming days.
- No pets.
