I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in Carnegie. You will have your own room and we will share the living room, kitchen, bathroom etc.My current roommate is moving out at the end of June. So the room will be available from July 1. Rent will be 360 $ + utilities. Rent includes water, garbage, etc. It also includes gas heating but we can control the temperature. Apartment is centrally air conditioned. We only pay for electricity and internet. Our average electric bill is around 15-20 $ per person. It's a bit more for summer depending on our AC usage.There is enough parking available. If you take the bus to downtown, bus stop on Washington Ave is about a block away which is about 3-4 mins walk from the apartment. It's a secured building with intercom facility. Coin laundry is available in the building itself.I am preferably looking for a non-smoker.If you are interested, you can email me with your phone number. I can give you a call.
