I have a (one) bedroom to offer for accom in a three bedroom house. I am looking at 1 or 2 guys for this room from IT field who may be working for the same IT company (back in India) and on the same assignment here in Sydney/ a IT professional couple (of whom one is a professional) or a IT professional who wants to bring his family (incdlg a kid of say up to 8 - 10 yrs) for the tenure of his deputation. Another room which is a master bedroom & can accommodate 2 people may be vacant by next month (June) end . This will enable other team members to join if u r building up a team for the project/ assignment. The std bedrooms wud suit 2 guys or a couple as mentioned above. Would like to have people on long term assignments to Sydney of atleast 8/10 months -one year, if not more. It's a fully furnished 3 bed roomed house with all modern amenities. The railway station is 5-6 mins walking distance and the bus stop is about the same distance and it's a 20-25 min journey by train to city CBD. Would particularly suit IT professionals whose client’s office is located in CBD . The suburb (Campsie) is cosmopolitan with a liberal dose of Indian shops as well. U will be enjoying the company of other Indians as co-tenants which will make u feel homely and comfortable.
