It is very close to UB South campus, walking distance 10 mins. and driving is 3 mins. Also close to UB bus shuttle stop. It is a big house with big, spacious bedrooms, a living room, sunroom, kitchen and 2 full baths. 2 rooms and a bath are upstairs and 2 rooms and a bath, living room, kitchen downstairs. It has all facilities like heat, gas, water, electiricity, cable, internet, washer-dryer, etc. It also has all appliances and dishes in the kitchen such as crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, mixer-grinder,etc. Also has TV.
