A bit about us - I work in barbican (takes me about 1 hour door - door) and Sagoo (the surd) works in Hatton Cross. We are both IT professionals and are here on an onsite assigment for our Indian companies. We get along very well and are looking for someone who can gel with us. Smoking is allowed in the house. And there are no food constrainsts, whatsoever. Me and surdy both play the guitar and jam whenevr we get time. So, you have live music in da housse! How the deal works - We have both made this our home. So everything like internet/TV/landline bills/cleaning the house/cooking food/ect... gets shared. We were both eating out everyday and spent a lot of money initially when we came to London. But now that our fridge is always stocked up, we are cooking sumptuous meals everyday! Basically, whoever moves in with us will be part of this family. The damages - The rent to be paid per month is 375 - 400 Pounds (Including all bills). OR 333.33 (without bills) Bascically, rent is 1000P. and bills we are expecting to be about 150 - 200. This will get shared by 3. So, the maximun you might have to pay is 400.
