Accommodation / Room available for rent in North Austin at Villas at Stone Oak, zip 78727, Just outside Riata, near the Apple old Campus, H-E-B and Desi brothers are within couple of miles It is a 3BD 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor( first floor per Indian), It will be double sharing with one room as vacant for guests.One bedroom with detached bathroom available from 13th April.Living room and kitchen is all furnished and you can use the common space I have one dining table, TV and 2 sofas The apartment has washer and dryer and dishwasher , Oven, and microwave The apartment has a workplace for one Person outside the room which can be used.I am a Delhi, Punjabi living in the US from past 2 years in this apartment , this community has lot of Indians If that matters.Now for the price Rent is 1857 per month which is a great price as compared to other 3BD apartments in this community as I was able to get a lower rate last year luckily, otherwise such an apartment goes for 2100+ In addition to 1857 per month 30 dollars for trash per month5 dollars for pest control per month Plus other utilities on actuals like water , sewage and electricity For internet, I am paying 60 dollars per month I have plenty of kitchen utensils which I am ok to share with flat mate.
