I am the current tenant and will be moving out soon. Need someone to take over the lease. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area will be shared with a roommate who is a software professional.Monthly rent including utilities is $575 per person. You will need to pay a nominal application fee to the leasing community when you take over the lease. The kitchen is fully stocked and I own most of the items including a water filter, microwave and several utensils. You will pay me $250 upon move in for the items in the apartment.The apartment is very clean and is in a great location. It is adjacent to the sandy springs PD and is very safe.
