HiThis ad is for renting one of the 2 following roomsSingle bedroom: Rent 270£ pm (incl bills)Double bedroom:350£ pm (incl bills)I am a working professional and my housemate(also the live in landlord) is a Masters student at Leeds University.We are very chatty and get along with pretty much everyone...we live like family and without fail have a fab time when we get free time! Much randomness from a late night movie to Krispy Kreme doughnuts at stupid o clock :)We tend to have the usual work hard play hard work ethic so would be nice to live with someone who is similar during the weekdays and at weekends we can enjoy 'sunny' leeds =)Also no 'messy/clean once every 6 months/never clean the bathroom' students. We're not OCD, but we think objecting to a mountain of dirty dishes, a grimey bathroom and lack of enthusiasm to vacuum is reasonable... nobody likes cleaning, but it has to be done ;-)The house is in a very convenient location - walking distance from the University of Leeds, Headingley and the city centre.Happy to answer any queries/questions :)Photos of the double room will be available on request as it is being furnished at the momentP. S: We will only be renting one room out of the 2 rooms advertised so you can view both the rooms and decide which one you like :)
