A very spacious and beautiful master bedroom in a two bedroom brand new town house condo with a lot of privacy with in a city limits , and it is fully furnished with queen size bed ,a cup board , dresser , computer table with chair, nightstand and a table . with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Laundry in unit inclusive of utilities - Internet, Water, Heat, Electricity and you can park the car in front of the house also. We looking for a person who is kind enough and adjustable, bcoz we never been like this situation b4 since we bot a new home so thought of renting a master bedroom in a brand new home which is located just 2 min away from MBTA bus stop 70,70A,86 &66 are very frequent. If someone looking for in as a paying guest also welcome upon request but it is not included in the rent , basically like $950+. Thanks for understanding.RegardsAruna
