    Im Satish (Tamilian) working for PSU. I`m staying in a 3BHK apartment at Chinna Waltair, Old CBI down Road which is one KM from RK Beach.

    Im looking for single Flat mate / Paying Guests (PG). Pls refer d attached photos.

    Rent is Rs. 5000 with separate Bed Room which Includes following benefits.
    1. Free Current.
    2. Free Drinking Mineral Water.
    3. Free Gas for cooking.
    4. No Maintenance Charges.
    5. No Charges for toilet cleaning.
    6. No charges for maid.
    7. Free Dress washing.
    8. Wifi on sharing.

    Advance Three Months.

    But hurry up guys (MALE or FEMALE) because U hv many more offers here.

    The following facilities are readily available for you.
    01. Fridge.
    02. Washing machine.
    03. TV
    04. Separate key for ur bed room, so that U can hv complete privacy with ur visitors/friends.
    05. 24X7 water.
    06. We have 24X7 power supply. No worry about power cut. Gen back up.
    07. U can party at house but no smoking.
    08. My mom visits occasionally from TN. So U can enjoy home food against nominal charges. It`s just a optional & not compulsory.
    09. Kitchen with mixer, grinder, GAS STOVE with 2 cylinder, induction stove & all cooking stuff u can use for free* (Conditions applied* lol).
    10. Lift available with generator & its just a 1st floor buddy.
    11. Im providing Mineral water, so No issue for drinking water.
    12. Fans & Lights I have fixed.
    13. Used Bed available.
    14. I hv forgotten remaining points lol :P


    May be a Small disappointment for u that, bath room is not attached with bed room; it’s beside the bed room (But its western type toilet only).

    My Requests/Conditions are.
    01. U have no dealing with landlord.
    02. No smoking at house.
    03. Clean living habits.
    04. Im pure vegetarian, so I cooking of NV. But U can take NV food to home from out & eat at Home. I hv no issue.
