I have three rooms available and prefer female tenants between 21 and 49. I have private rooms available or you may share a room with another person if you wiah. I Only have one bathroom that has to be shared with all occupants. The move in cost is the first and last month's rent and a security deposit of $400.00 for a total move in cost of $1200.00! I do not accept advance payments in the form of checks, cashiers checks or money orders. If you wish to send payment in advance of your arrival, you MUST send it in cash through WESTERN UNION MONEYGRAM for the exact amount you want applied to your rent and security deposit.">
