Hi,I require someone to take over/transfer my lease to their name. The duration left on the lease is 4 months.Reason:I am moving out of tucson, got a job in new yorkPros:A master bedroom with a large walk in closet.1000$ sq. ft house.Spacious living room and dinning room.Patio2 min walk from amc theater, walmart, foothills mall.Suntran bus stop right outside the apartment.safe neighborhood.Ample parking spots.I have stayed just for a month, apartment is new.And many other amenities offered by the apartment people.I have to move in 2 weeks so, any one interested get to me asap.
