Hi, My name is Roshika, living in a 2-bedroom unit in Summer Hill and have 1 spare separate bedroom that would like to rent out to female flatmate.The unit is fully furnished, less than 8 mins walk to Summer Hill train station, close to shops, gym and only 15mins to Central/CBD by train.Close to Ashfield station, USYD and UTS as well.The room has built in wardrobe, single bed, study desk and chair. Internal laundry and internet access (WI-FI) available, rent of $260 pw will include utilities, all bills and wi-fi. There will be $260 bond required upfront for security.I am an Accounts clerk working in the city, easy going and friendly, living in Sydney for 14yrs. Usually out on weekends with friends for movies/lunches and sometimes relaxing at home with books, yoga and music. Would prefer a tidy and quiet female flatmate whose mature, reliable, respects others privacy and property and shares the the household chores equally.
