We are Indian couple looking to rent our master bedroom for females(Prefer Indian) situated in Campbell Street Parramatta in a secure Apartment.Unit/Room Features:The room has its own attach bathroom with a small balcony and built-in wardrobe.The unit is furnished and you would be having your own privacy. The unit has Modern kitchen with gas appliances and has a big common Balcony with a great view to the Parramatta Golf Park.You can have Unlimited WiFi ADSL2+ internet connectivity.Rent:For 2 girls $180 each included everything and the roommate could be your sister/friend or anyone.For single it will be $250 included everything.Rent includes (Electricity, Gas, Water ) bills.Location:Unit is located in very prime area of Parramatta and it’s just 8 mins walk to Parramatta Station ,5 mins walk to Bus stop and 5 mins to Westfield shopping mall .Expectation:Minimum stay is 3 months, maximum stay could be as long as you want, no restrictions unless you are going good. Request you to keep the room neat and tidy.2 weeks bond & 2 weeks rent in advance. Prior leaving ,you need to give us two weeks’ notice in advance.
