HI, We have a room available to rent out in Guildford (from starting to mid of September) , large living areas, kitchen, two balconies, internal laundry, bathroom and 1 separate toilet as well. 2 minutes walk to the train station and shops. You will be sharing the flat with 1 another person who is currently studying Engineering (22 years old - Indian). You will have own room with a wardrobe, all other areas of house are to be shared. It is a beautiful unit in a quiet street overlooking the church and primary school. We have all the basic stuff in the house such as Fridge, washing, utensils, couches, internet etc. You will only have to get your own bed. We are friendly people looking for someone who treats the place as their own and live peacefully. Cheers
