My unit is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Rent includes all bills & internet. My place is located very close to Roseville Station (5min Walk) , Shops, and Café etc. As such I am renting this place but I look after like my own home. The room consist of wadedrobe and it’s a perfect size for a couple or single. Let me give you a quick run down of myself. Well, I am 29 years Male IT professional and work Monday to Friday. I love to go gym or for a run, reading, bit of socializing, meeting new people and optimize use of my spare time by keeping myself busy.
