Hi there, I am staying in a rented house which is peaceful and secured. It’s a 1bhk house with a big living room and a huge terrace & a balcony, best suited for two people. Utilities – KitchenACInternetTVElectricity back up& Car parkingAbout the house - It is a bungalow with two floors. The ground floor is occupied by a family staying as tenants & the first floor is ours which has a separate entrance and an independent terrace to relax and enjoy. There is no issue of ventilation as the house has enough doors and windows to let the breeze come in. The best part about the house is its locality which is considered to be one of the poshest areas of Gurgaon. Vyapar Kendra is the closest market which has all the basic amenities available then there is “Super Mart’ which is totally apt for a foodie person to relish the different cuisines!! Huda Metro station is the closest in case there is any conveyance required. I would love to welcome a room partner who is independent, employed, fun loving, adjusting and of course responsible!! The landlord stays in CP in Delhi and has no interference whatsoever. Kindly note that the contact number which is mentioned here is an incorrect one, so please write out to me in case you are interested and we shall take it forward from there. Also, the person should be ready to move in before the April month starts. Rest of the details or clarifications would be extended over the phone in case there is any requirement.
