Our paying guest are Prime Properties in Posh Areas like Adajan in Surat. We provide Paying Guest Facilities for working Male Executives. Paying Guest Facilities are provided in Full furnished Flats.The Drawing room have Sofa set, color TV,Music System, sitting chairs, centre table. Non AC rooms and on twin sharing basis are available The dining place with dining table and chairs.Bedrooms have separate lockable cupboard, bed with mattress, pillow and bed sheet with covers.Our kitchens are equipped with Aquaguard, Fridge, Chula with Gas and all utensils and crockery.Bathrooms are equipped with all accessories.Premises included Toilet & Bathrooms are being cleaned everyday.Bedsheets being changed every week.Clothes washing and ironing,electricity bills, cable connection,all cleaning expenses are included in rent.Food :-100% Vegetarian, Hygienic, fresh & healthy made from quality ingredients.Monday to Saturday : Tea,Break-fast & Dinner.Sunday: Tea, Break-fast & Lunch.Tiffin services available at other Areas.Rupaiyaa :-Rents Rs. 3500/- only for accommodation and Rs. 7000/- with food.
