Hi,I am a 28-year old female looking to rent out her living room in a one bd/one bath place in Palo Alto.The rent is $750/month (utilities included). I live in an apartment complex close to the San Antonio Shopping Center. Its close to the Cal-Train (SF to San Jose) and to several stores and restaurants and bus stops (22,34,35,40)You will have your own closet space, and the living room has its own balcony. The apartment has a gym and swimming pool and plenty of parking space and bike-racks. This place is great if you have just moved here, are looking for temporary accommodation, going to school or working on an internship.I live in Palo Alto and work in the IT industry.
