This room is within a beautiful individual family house at a safe locality, just off lawrence expressway. Very near to indian grocery stores such as Bharat Bazar and ICC. Costco is also nearby.This is the Master bedroom [largest room (probably 20 * 14 but not sure) in the house] with walk-in closet and a big bathroom. Other 3 room-mates are young working professionals. We are looking for a vegetarian & non-smoking room-mate.Single Occupancy is desired and rent share would be $1300. For Double occupancy, rent would be $700 to be fair to other tenants.
